Ekoliving is a company that operates with a strong sense of kindness, and social responsibility. This can be seen in our commitment to working with various charities, as well as our dedication to having a positive impact on the environment. But this position is not limited to the environment, in a time of crisis, such as the 2020 Coronavirus Pandemic we knew that we needed to step up and help our community in whatever way we could. We recognized the stress and fear of our residents. People, who would be facing their bills with little to no income, and that is why we created our rent relief program. By reducing rent prices for people who were financially impacted by COVID-19 related income loss, we were able to help almost 200 of our residents in their time of need.
We care about our residents as well as our team. That is why we have been committed to following CDC guidelines, while still being available to our residents. We understand how important it is for the members of our community to have the ability to access us, whether its a current resident calling to ask a question, or someone looking for a new apartment. So throughout the state of emergency, Ekoliving will remain open. Our team is available to answer questions, to help with maintenance emergencies, give tours, and to help you through the leasing process. Since the safety of our team, is just as important as the safety of our community, our main office is closed at this time. But our leasing agents, property managers, and the rest of our crew is working remotely. So if you are looking to tour one of our properties, or if you just have questions, feel free to call or email. Sun, rain, pandemic, or otherwise, we are here for you…no matter what else 2020 throws at us.
Pandemic or otherwise, sometimes people still need to move. And we understand that. Our leasing process has always had a virtual option, but that virtual leasing option has never been more important then it is right now. Our incredible leasing agents are available to help you through the entire process, remotely. They know these apartments like the back of their hands and can give you a virtual tour of available units until you find the perfect fit. When you find the one you love, all of our paperwork can be done from the comfort of your bedroom. A quick phone call, and then a few easy steps, will get you into your new space without you ever leaving home. Staying home doesn’t mean that you have to stay in a space that you don’t love. So if moving is still a part of your plans, we are available to help you through that process.Schedule A Tour

Feel free to share these articles on social media and help us as we encourage landlords throughout the region to launch their own rent relief programs!
